Miles was nothing short of fantastic! We met him through a mutual friend and he hit the ground running. At our first showing he brought in his tool bag and began to check all outlets to make sure electrical was correct, he turned on every water faucet to make sure there were no leaks, he went into the attic and checked the A/C unit and insulation to make sure everything was correct. He went outside and checked all the things from the water heater to the yard. He truly loves what he does and is great at it. He is great at communicating which is a huge thing for me. If you need a realtor in the upstate, Miles goes above and beyond for his clients and is definitely the best choice!

He is knowledgeable of each part of the experience and makes it easy to navigate, he is quick to answer/ respond to any questions, and really takes the time to understand what you are looking for in a home.
