Miles helped us purchase a beautiful lake home from 900 miles away! By the time we met Miles, we had already looked at more than 75 waterfront properties across 5 states. We had just ‘lost’ out on 2 properties during bidding and were growing increasingly frustrated with the process (early/mid-2022). We found a property we liked on Zillow and were connected with Miles who was responsive and attentive. We really struggled with considering a property we hadn’t visited. We feel like Miles worked hard to understand what we were looking for as well as our concerns. We knew we didn’t have time to burn, and Miles supported us, but we never felt like we were being ‘pushed’. A couple of days after an initial video tour, Miles returned to the property for a more in-depth look. He crawled into small, dark spaces under the house, shooting videos and relaying what he was seeing/finding. He walked the perimeter of the property and went thru the home looking for, and making note of, areas of question or concern. He sent us dozens of narrated video clips and he did things we would have liked to have done ourselves. When we decided to write an offer, Miles talked thru our options. Once our offer was accepted, he facilitated every step with the title company, the closing attorney, and the sellers. We did our final walk-through by video while en route/moving to SC and we also closed on the property, from the road. We’ve been in our new house for almost 2 months, and we love it! We HIGHLY recommended Miles and are so grateful that we came across such an honest, hard-working and thoughtful realtor.
